week 12

well, not your average weekend, thursday left siddique's class, went to the hospital and bang 7.27pm became a wee daddy . . . . but as 2wards the lecture this week, was held at in practical time was in the class at 9.10 lol, tells us about the PSTN (mainly always BT) and the PSDN, these are used to move high rates data at a low price. shows us data on the SDLC, their control field, packet switching, encapsulating packets and sending packets for the X.25 as well as the same types of information for SMDS. . . 2ND part continues into switches stating the fundamental part that they play in networking. U C with the different topologies they can affect the capability to transfer and hold data, goes threw most of the topologies and explains structures threw the nodes, hub and segments . . . finally end 2 end argument, this can be affecting the cost, transfer, care taking, file transfer of the networks, fair enough gives an alternative but with the extra effort having no affect, no point . . .
